COURSE PROGRAMME
• Saturday – Arrive at the Hotel, room assignation and Welcome Dinner
• Sunday – Morning visit to a Parmesan Cheese Producer, Lunch Afternoon visit to Frassinoro Abbey and a meeting with an internationally  renowned local sculptor
• Monday – Visit to Modena and surroundings. Morning visit to a Balsamic Vinegar producer, including tasting and lunch Afternoon visit to a Lambrusco wine producer, followed by a visit to the Ferrari Museum. Dinner in an Osteria in the centre of Modena
• Tuesday – 1st Cookery Lesson, followed by an afternoon visit to the nearby Medieval Church in Rubbiano and the Rocca (Fort) of Montefiorino guided by a professor of local history
• Wednesday – Trip to the local market in Montefiorino to experience everyday italian life with the opportunity to buy local produce. 2nd Cookery Lesson in the afternoon.
• Thursday – 3rd Cookery Lesson in the morning. Afternoon wine lesson and tasting.
• Friday – 4th Cookery Lesson followed by a free afternoon.
• Saturday – Departure.
