PROGRAM
- Day 1 – Arrive at Bologna Airport, transfer to the hotel, check in and evening Welcome Dinner;
- Day 2 – Cooking lesson in the morning, lunch with local wine followed by a second cooking lesson in the afternoon;
- Day 3: Cooking lesson in the morning, afternoon trip to one of two local villages, either Frassinoro or Rubbiano, with a guided tour of the historical places of interest;
- Day 4: Visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano (parmesan) cheese maker, lunch, then a cooking lesson in the afternoon;
- Day 5: Wine lesson with a qualified sommelier, lunch; free afternoon to relax before a Gala Dinner with music;
- Day 6: Visit to “La Rocca di Montefiorino” to meet the Mayor, a guided tour explaining the history of Montefiorino, then a visit to a local artist, followed by lunch;
- Day 7: Visit to a Balsamic Vinegar producer with tasting session followed by a light lunch, then an afternoon visit to Modena with dinner in a typical “Osteria”
- Day 8: Transfer to Bologna Airport.

Special price (each person): 730.00 euros – booking before 15th of June
Standard price (each person): 900.00 euros – booking after 15th of June
